Good news everyone!
Today we’re in one of the most important destinations of this summer, at least for us – Grenoble, France. Aside of this area being a paradise for mountain bikers with trail options for hundreds of kilometers in every direction, it is also home to a very important organization – Moniteur Cycliste Français (MCF).
It is the largest syndicate of mountain bike guides in France, maybe in Europe or even globally with almost a pure MTB focus and boasting almost 1200 guides and coaches. MCF already exists over 20 years, which makes it a a very respected cycling organization with rich experience in supporting the mountain bike sport as well as probably the most know-how in supporting guides and helping them grow.
We feel very fortunate and grateful that we could meet with Julien Rebuffet, the president of the organization as well as Mathilde Faret, the head of communication as well as their entire team. From today we’re launching our official partnership, which we believe will be of significant benefit to the members of MCF as well as our riding and guiding audience in line with the visions of both our organizations.
Both teams believe strongly that there’s huge potential in bringing all the guides, coaches and bike tour operators online under one roof globally and giving them the opportunity to create beautiful offers around their guides tours, vacations, expeditions, skill camps or trainings in a very simple and user-friendly way.
At the same time we’re giving actual riders the opportunity to easily find, get inspired, plan and book their next biking trip or vacation in a seamless way wherever they plan to go. With 11 countries in which you can find great riding offers and more guides added each week we want to cover both the very popular places like for example Port Du Soleil or Molines en Queyras and also the hidden away gems of Europe, that offer a very special experience like those in Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia or even Georgia.
And we’re not stopping there. We are also already expanding into other areas of biking like e-bikes, road biking, gravel, touring as well as reaching specific audiences like kids, couples, seniors and many others.
